1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "mbi44", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the mbi44 platform accessible at mbi44.one, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" refers to the mbi44 website, mobile site, and all associated services, including but not limited to the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Mix Parlay, and Lottery 4D sections.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mbi44 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the mbi44 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to amounts deposited to or held in a Player's mbi44 account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any sum of money staked by a Player on an outcome through any mbi44 service.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by mbi44 to Players.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mbi44 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with mbi44's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules applicable to the service you use.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the mbi44 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mbi44. Players are encouraged to read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for their records.

3. Eligibility

Use of the mbi44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mbi44 does not permit use of its Platform by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending such verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of mbi44 is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mbi44 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed voluntarily or otherwise, that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.

mbi44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to restrict or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.

4. Account Registration

To access mbi44's betting and gaming services, you must register an account via the mbi44 Login page. The following account registration rules apply:

• Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active mbi44 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi44 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mbi44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• You must notify mbi44 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• mbi44 may require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), proof of address, and payment method verification.
• mbi44 reserves the right to refuse account registration applications at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mbi44 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via accepted payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at mbi44's discretion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. mbi44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. mbi44 reserves the right to modify these limits.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to mbi44's verification and fraud prevention procedures.
• mbi44 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing periods, KYC requirements, or ongoing account reviews.
• mbi44 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the mbi44 Platform across all services:

• All bets are placed at the Player's sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by mbi44, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• mbi44 reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed on an event whose outcome is already known at the time of placement, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, mbi44's records shall constitute the authoritative reference. mbi44's decision in all betting disputes is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change.
• mbi44 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any single Player in any rolling 24-hour period.
• Bets placed in error by a Player remain the sole responsibility of the Player. mbi44 is not obligated to refund bets placed on incorrect selections.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

mbi44 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty incentives to registered Players. The following terms apply to all mbi44 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring bonuses between accounts or to third parties is not permitted.
• mbi44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group wagering, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the time stated in the applicable promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit odds discrepancies in a systematic and abusive manner.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over mbi44.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mbi44 Platform — including but not limited to the mbi44 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive property of mbi44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mbi44 Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any mbi44 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on mbi44's proprietary content.
• Use mbi44's brand name, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any mbi44 software.

Any unauthorised use of mbi44's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi44 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the mbi44 Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond mbi44's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that mbi44 acts reasonably and in good faith in rectifying such errors.

In all cases where mbi44's liability cannot be fully excluded, mbi44's total liability to you shall not exceed the total funds held in your mbi44 account at the time the claim arises.

11. Responsible Gaming

mbi44 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. All Players are encouraged to engage with mbi44's responsible gaming tools, which are accessible from within your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending on mbi44.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their mbi44 account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from mbi44 may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

mbi44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Suspicion of account sharing, multiple account operation, or unauthorised use.
• Complaints or disputes raised against a Player by other users or third parties.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon account closure by mbi44 due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any remaining balance (net of applicable processing fees) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mbi44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mbi44 will notify Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the mbi44 Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. mbi44 accepts no liability for a Player's failure to review updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which mbi44 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mbi44 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mbi44's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for any breach or threatened breach of these Terms that may cause mbi44 irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
